Salman Khan launches ‘Radio’ song from Tubelight in Dubai – Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s much-anticipated flick ‘Tubelight’ has been in the news since its announcement. Much to the delight of his international fans the actor and his Tubelight team launched the first song from the movie in Dubai. Tubelight’s first song titled as ‘Radio’ which will surely take you back to the era of 60’s with its wonderful retro beats.
The 51-year old actor along with the director Kabir Khan and Sohail Khan launched the very first soundtrack from the film in Dubai. While asked about why he chose the location the Dabangg star answered that since they were busy in shooting for their next movie in the area and hence they choose to release the song there itself.
The makers of the film have shared the two minutes clip where Salman Khan has been seen cheering and dancing with several people. The song has been sung by Kamaal Khan and has been choreographed by Remo Dsouza. The music of the track has been composed by Pritam and lyrics have been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Revealing more about the song Salman Khan said that, “The song is called as ‘Radio’ because it reveals the good news that my brother is alive & is coming back is announced on the radio.
While the filmmaker Kabir Khan added that “It is a celebratory song at the end of the war which is set in 1962 when the radio was an essential medium through which news could be obtained. Right from entertainment to news shared through a radio. But it was a very big song. Remo has done a nice number Selfie Le le in our last offering Bajrangi Bhaijaan. We required the same kind of energy & fun and that’s why he designed it more than 300 acres and we had organized 700-800 dancers and 1000 extras.”
The highly awaited film also starring Sohail Khan and Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, and it will also reunite superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on a big screen after a long time.
Salman Khan starrer Tubelight is set for a Eid 2017 release.
